The Search functionality helps Learners locate content they have access to and filter results to find relevant content to continue learning. Learners can find any content they have access to in the Academy or Community.
Start by using the search bar at the top of the Hub (either in the Academy or Community). If they want to view more results, they can click Enter to be taken to the search results page.
The Advanced Search page has two filters: content type and a date filter (defaults to all time). It also allows you to sort by relevance or the last updated date.

Results include snippets that match the query, with query terms that match content highlighted. The results will also include a breadcrumb to show the article type and any parent content information (Collection name for example).

Will I be able to search for content that is embedded in a Guide, Resource, etc?
No - this is a technical limitation not unique to WorkRamp, whereby content that is embedded is not indexed and therefor not searchable on the platform it is embedded on. Generally, the iframe or embedded content is a shortcut to seeing the content in another place, but without a deep integration, the contents from the source file will not be scraped and therefor not searchable.
What content shows up in the Search?
Guides, Resources, Paths, Challenges, Events (not including Sessions) and Libraries are available in the employee learning cloud search
Content must be available to the Learner via Segment Visibility rules
