What Is A Share Link?
Share Links allow you to send links to Guides and Paths for other people to view. To access the link to a specific Guide or Path:
- Select the Guide or Path you would like to share
- Click the drop down arrow located in the right-hand corner of the Admin Console
- Select Get Share Link
The self assigned share link will automatically copy to the clipboard by selecting the link. You also have the option to share the link via Slack. Search for the appropriate slack group, add a message (optional), and share away!
Additionally, you have the ability to customize your settings by allowing new users to sign up with an external domain, and assigning Learners a due date.
When a user with an external domain signs up using the shared link they will be directed to the WorkRamp registration page. There they can create an account using their external email address. This will then direct them to a Google login page where they will use their newly created credentials to login.
To verify a new user's registration click into the Admin Console >> Settings >> Users >> Search. You should now see the new user!
