Tags allow you to better organize, search, and report on your content. Tags can be added to Guides, Paths, Challenges, and Resources:

Setting up your tags

Tag configuration can be found in your enterprise settings tab:

Allowing "on-demand tag creation" gives admins or editors the ability to create tags on the fly, without having to configure a tag. If you disable this option, you must use the pre-selected set of tags determined by an admin.

You can also change the tag text within the tags table, or even see the amount each tag is being used.

Reporting on your tags

You can run reports on your tags by adding tag filters, or adding tags as a column in certain reports. For example, you can tag multiple guides with the tag "onboarding" and run a report on the progress of those guides.
