Many WorkRamp Employee Learning Cloud customers have multiple integrations to make managing employee learning easier. With each integration, users have a unique ID to help identify them across these tools. In order to make it easier for customers to manage their employees across all of these tools (especially when email addresses or names can change over time), WorkRamp stores each tool’s user ID to ensure WorkRamp integrations work seamlessly.

Each time a connection is made between a user and an external tool, WorkRamp stores that ID in a field titled [ToolName]_ID (for example, Rippling_ID). If an admin ever needs access to these IDs, you can expose them in the User Table by clicking “Show Custom Fields” and you will see these fields added to the table. These are also made available when you export the user table to CSV.
