Employee Learning Cloud: This article will help walk through the steps to set up the Lattice HRIS integration.

The Lattice HRIS integration allows Lattice HRIS customers to automate user provisioning from their HRIS to WorkRamp's LMS. To get started, you will need to enable and authorize the integration.

Set Up Steps

  1. Navigate to the Lattice integration setting page in the Admin Console by navigating to Settings > Integration. You will find Lattice under "User Management"

  2. Select Lattice integration

  3. On the next page, click “Enable” on the Lattice integration page

  4. You will be redirected to Lattice, where you can login with your Lattice URL.

  5. Follows the steps a log in to your Lattice account

  6. Once you have authenticated, you will be prompted to Authorize the permissions needed for the integration.

  7. After Authorizing, you will be redirected back to the Lattice integration page in WorkRamp, where can complete filter settings and enable the sync.

    1. At the top of the page, you will find a "Type" filter that will allow you to limit which users are pulled into WorkRamp based on their Employment Type in Lattice.

      1. For example, if you may only want to sync Full Time employees to WorkRamp.

    2. The toggle below the "Type" filter allows you to choose if your users' manager relationships are synced from Lattice HRIS.

      Note: Once users are synced to WorkRamp, we won't filter out based on this filter, but WorkRamp will not pull and new users based on the filter settings.

    3. Once your filter settings are complete, you will want to click "enable scheduled sync." The sync will run every 8 hours. You can use the "Sync Now" button anytime you need to force a sync (for example, right after updating settings or the first time you enable the integration).

  8. Once the sync completes the first time, this Integration page will show all of the Lattice HRIS fields that WorkRamp has access to. These fields will be defaulted "Off" and will not sync to WorkRamp.

    1. If you would like any of these fields to be included in the WorkRamp User Table, toggle these "On" and they will sync to WorkRamp in the next sync.

  9. Integration Setup is complete.

Integration Details

The Lattice HRIS Integration will sync every 8 hours. The sync will update based on any new or changed users in Lattice HRIS.

The sync is one way from Lattice --> WorkRamp. You are able to sync any available Lattice field to the WorkRamp User Table. If you edit any of these fields in WorkRamp, they will be overwritten in the next sync. If you need to change a field's value, please do so from your Lattice HRIS.
