WorkRamp has a dedicated EU-only data center for customers who are looking to maintain full data residency in the EU. This GPDR compliant data center is hosted in Dublin and is available as an add-on for WorkRamp.

A WorkRamp account can not switch between an EU-only to a non-EU during its lifecycle. Once a customer starts in a specific zone, it will reside there indefinitely, or a new account must be created in the new zone.

The majority of integrations and add-on services of WorkRamp are available within the EU-instance. However, there are a select few that are not available in the EU-only data center due to things like partners not having EU-only access. This list is evolving over time and you can reach out to our team to validate which services are EU-only at the time of your purchase or move.
