Unpublishing Content

Unpublishing courses in your Academy will prevent users from taking a course or locating it in the Academy.

An unpublished course from your Academy will retain the enrollments data and will appear under their 'My Trainings' page. The My Trainings page will show the individual modules (Guides, SCORM, or Resources) to the user even if they are enrolled in the course through a Path or Certification. If the Path or Certification is unpublished, the modules that make up the Path or Certification will show an error to the user if you have it unpublished unless you feature those modules in other Collections, Paths, Certifications, etc. that are accessible to the user.

Removing Content

If you remove a course entirely from the Academy, users will no longer see the course data in reporting, which includes enrollments, progress, and user completions.

For users, the course will appear under the "Archived" section on their 'My Trainings' page.

If you choose to place the course back into the Academy, the course will re-appear for the user on their 'My Trainings' page and the enrollment data will reappear in your reporting.

Deleting a training from your content folders or deleting contact(s) from the Academy will also remove all the data associated with the course and the contact's data.
