In the Content page of the Admin console, we have updated our search feature to search through all text content in your trainings.
After entering your search term(s), you will be shown the 10 most relevant search results. To reach the Advanced Search view, hit Enter on your keyboard or click on "See all results" at the bottom of your results list.
Once on the Advanced Search view, you can use the filters to narrow down your search results:
The "Show Location" button opens your Content menu to the location of the result, allowing you to easily see which folder it lives in.
FAQ
Is this feature only available to Admins?
No, this feature is available for all users who have access to the Content tab of the Admin console, including Admins and Editors. Editors will only be able to find results for content they have access to.
Do the search results show both published and unpublished/drafted Guide text?
At this time, the search results only provide results from published Guide content.
