We have refreshed our Daily and Weekly Email Digests to be more customizable, useful, and actionable. These updates ensure you receive the most relevant information regarding learner progress across all training types - including Guides, Paths, Challenges, and SCORM content.

Email Digests are now configurable, giving you total control to receive only the most relevant and helpful updates for your specific workflow.

Managing Digest Settings

Enterprise-Level Settings

Admins can manage digest availability for the entire organization:

  • Global Configuration: In the Admin console, navigate to [Settings > Email > Settings] to find daily digest options under both Admin and Manager Email Settings.

  • Mandatory Enablement: Enabling digests within these settings applies to all Admins and Managers. When enabled here, they will not be able to unsubscribe from their individual profile settings.

  • Individual Opt-In: If these boxes are unchecked at the enterprise level, admins can individually opt in or out from their personal account settings.

Personal Account Settings

If digests are set to Individual Opt-In at the Enterprise level, Admins and Managers can manage their own personal preferences:

  1. Navigate to your Learner home page.

  2. Click on your Profile to access Account Settings.

  3. Select the Email Digest tab.

Note: If the digest is not enabled at the Enterprise level, the checkbox will be grayed out and unavailable for you to enable.

Customizable Digest Options

You can now configure both the cadence of your digest and the specific information it contains.
