At WorkRamp, we understand that managing large-scale, recurring training—like annual compliance—requires precise data at a glance. To help you better discern between yearly cycles and track learner progress, we have introduced new permanent columns and powerful filters to your training overview pages.

New Visibility on Overview Pages

We have added several high-demand assignment fields as permanent columns. These updates allow Admins to quickly identify how a learner was assigned a piece of content and exactly how much time they have invested.

Guide, Path, Challenge, and SCORM Overviews

The following columns are now available to help you differentiate between various assignment cycles (e.g., "2025 Compliance" vs. "2026 Compliance"):

  • Assigned At: The date and time the training was originally assigned.

  • Assignment Source Type: Identifies the method of assignment (e.g., Manual, Group, or Automation).

  • Assignment Source Name: Displays the specific name of the source (e.g., the name of the specific User Group or Path that triggered the assignment).

  • Num Days Overdue: A real-time count of how many days have passed since the assignment's due date.

  • Time Spent (Hours): Total hours a learner has spent within the training object.

  • Time Spent (Minutes): Total minutes a learner has spent within the training object.

Event Overview

To better track attendance and scheduling for live sessions, we have updated the Event overview:

  • Date Invited: Now a default column, allowing you to see exactly when a learner was sent an invitation to an event.

Advanced Filtering for Precise Reporting

To complement these new columns, we’ve added matching filters. These allow you to narrow your scope and generate specific reports—for example, finding all users assigned training via a specific "Annual Compliance 2026" group who are currently overdue.

New filters for Guides, Paths, Challenges, and SCORM:

  • Assigned At: Filter by specific date ranges.

  • Assignment Source Type: Filter by how users were enrolled.

  • Assignment Source Name: Search for specific groups or paths.

  • Num Days Overdue: Quickly identify high-risk learners who are behind schedule.

New filter for Events:

  • Date Invited: Filter learners based on when their invitations were dispatched.

How to Access These Features

  1. Navigate to the Admin Console.

  2. Select the Training Object you wish to view (Guides, Paths, Challenges, SCORM, or Events).

  3. On the overview page, use the Columns button to ensure these new fields are toggled on.

  4. Click the Filter icon to apply the new assignment-based criteria to your list.

Tip: These columns are particularly useful when using the Bulk Actions feature to send reminders to specific cohorts of learners based on their "Assignment Source Name."
