Instead of living inside a report, it has its own home page, so you can ask a quick question anytime, even before you've built anything. And if an answer's a great start but you want to roll up your sleeves and adjust it yourself, one click sends it into a full report, where that familiar in-report AI assistant is ready to help you keep going.

Great news! Academy Prerequisites, which launched last month through our Early Adopter Program, has officially graduated to general availability. That means every Customer Learning Cloud admin can now build structured, gated learning journeys.

What it does: Academy Prerequisites lets you lock content behind mandatory completion requirements. Before a learner can access a gated item, they first have to complete one or more prior items you define. So instead of just recommending a learning order, you can now actually enforce it — closing the gap where learners could previously skip straight to advanced material.
