Learn:Up AI Assistant Connector (MCP) đ¤
Admins, Managers and Learners can now connect Learn:Up to their AI assistants and ask questions about their data in natural language. For example:
âWho hasnât finished the Q4 compliance training yet?â
âWhich certifications expire in the next 30 days?â
âWhoâs registered for next weekâs onboarding session?â
âShow me everyone in the Sales group and their overdue assignments.â
What it can see
The assistant can look up:
Learners, groups and group members
Assignments and completion progress
Guides, Paths and SCORM courses
Certifications, about to expire
Live events and whoâs attending each session
Safe by design
Read-only. The assistant can look things up but canât create, change or delete anything in Learn:Up.
Your own permissions. Each person signs in with their own Learn:Up account, so the assistant only sees what that person could see in Learn:Up.
No API keys. Access is granted through a normal Learn:Up sign-in and approval screen, and can be revoked at any time.

Unassign from a User's Profile
Admins can now select several items on a person's assigned content list and unassign them individually or all at once. Each row also has its own 'Unassign' option and there is also a new bulk action too. This works for guides, paths, SCORM courses, challenges and Practice simulations, but not events.
Go to 'Settings' > 'Users', tick the items you want to remove, then choose 'Unassign'.
Last Accessed Column on the Users Page
The Users page now shows a 'Last Accessed' date for each person, and you can also sort by it. This makes it easy to find and manage accounts. People who have never logged in show as "Never".
'Last Accessed' is also available as a filter option.
Trash Retention Period
Admins can now choose how long deleted content stays in the Trash before it is removed for good. The default is 90 days, and you can pick anything from 1 to 730 days (2 years). The Trash page now shows how long items are kept and the date each item was deleted.
Go to 'Settings' > 'Enterprise' > 'General' > 'Trash' > 'Trash Retention Period'.
Note: Once this is switched on, anything in the Trash longer than the retention period is deleted automatically each night. Restore anything you want to keep first.
Analytics Studio - AI Routines đ¤âąď¸
Instead of manually checking dashboards or running the same prompt / report every week, you can now schedule Analytics Studio to proactively deliver plain-language insights directly to your team via Email.
Scheduled Digests: Run AI prompts on a recurring cadence (e.g., daily, weekly) to receive written summariesâsuch as Monday morning briefings on overdue assignments or weekly cohort progress reports.
Conditional Monitoring & Exception Alerts: Set plain-language conditions (e.g., "When Guide completion drops below 80%"). The routine checks your data automatically and alerts your team only when that condition is met.
Powered by AI Skills: Save time by calling your custom AI Skills (e.g.,
/quarterly-review) directly inside any Routine prompt to automate complex, multi-step reporting workflows.Native Email Delivery: Send plain-language analysis straight to individual inboxes or distribution groups so stakeholders get key answers without having to log in and dig through reports.

Challenge Scorecard Safeguard
Challenges now warn you when not configured correctly and nobody could pass them, for example when a pass mark is set but no scorecard question is worth points. You can't assign the challenge until it's fixed, nor can you assign it to a automation.
Note: a challenge that was assignable before may now be blocked until a scored question is added or the pass mark is set to 0.
Record Video and Desktop
Learners who choose Record Video and Desktop now get their webcam, their screen and their voice in one recording.
What learners will see
The screen fills the recording, with the webcam shown in the bottom-right corner.
Recording keeps going when learners switch to another tab or app, so they can present slides or demo a product while staying on camera.
The browser asks which screen, window or tab to share, and then asks for camera and microphone access. Learners need to allow both.
If they share a tab or app that plays sound, that sound is recorded alongside their voice.
Where it works
Video challenges: the admin ticks Allow Desktop Screen Recording in the challenge settings. Learners then see Record Video and Desktop.
Video Recording block in guides: the admin ticks Allow Desktop Screen Recording on the block. Learners then see Record Video and Desktop when they answer it.
Record Video block in the guide editor: admins recording a video to put in a guide always have the screen recording option.
Move several automations at once
Admins can now select several automations and folders and move them into a folder in one step. You can also create a new folder while moving, or move items back to the top level.
Reset a learnerâs SCORM progress
Admins can now reset a learnerâs progress on a SCORM course without contacting Support. If a learner has failed a course, or needs to take it again from scratch, choose Reset Progress. The course goes back to Not Started, and the learner can retake it straight away without being reassigned. Every reset is recorded in the SCORM History Logs, so you can always see the learnerâs previous result.

Move Content Between Collection Sections
Admins can now move content from one section of a collection to another, straight from the content's menu. No more removing it and adding it again.
Dynamic "Join Session" buttons for live events
Learners no longer land in an empty meeting room days before a session. The button now dynamically shows the current status of the session:
Registered - when more than 10 minutes before the start, then
Starting Soon, Access Session - within 10 minutes of start time and also while it's live
The join link only works from 10 minutes before the start.

Move several segments at once
Admins can now select several segments and folders and move them into a folder in one step, instead of one at a time. You can also create a new folder while moving, or move items back to the top level.
