Please note the maximum file size for an uploaded file is 5GB.

Q: I'm trying to upload a video, but nothing pops up for me to select the file.
A: Your browser may need to be updated to the latest version. You can update it to the latest version by going to your browser settings.
Q: WorkRamp seems to load in Safari or Edge. Why can't I just use that?
A: WorkRamp may load in other browsers, but the supported browsers that it was built to work in are Chrome and Firefox, so we cannot guarantee that WorkRamp will always act as expected if working in a different browser type.
Q: Do these recommendations only apply to Admin?
A: No, the accepted file types and supported browsers apply to all WorkRamp users no matter the permissions, so that includes Learners.
