There are scenarios where a Learner says she is done with a Guide or Path, but didn't fully finish. In these scenarios, we have functionality to force complete a Guide or Path. One thing to keep in mind is that using this feature will update the completion percent to 100% and the score to 100.
Note: This is only available for people with Admin or Editor permissions.
Marking A Guide Complete
To mark a Guide as Complete:
Select the appropriate Guide
Click the drop down menu to the right of the Learner assignment row
Select Mark As Complete
Marking A Path Complete
To mark a Path as complete:
Navigate to the correct Path
Click the drop down arrow to the right of the Learner
Select Mark As Complete
Marking an Individual Training within a Path as Complete
To mark a Guide within a Path as complete:
Navigate to the training content
Find the user's assignment row
Click the drop down menu to the right of the Learner name
Select Mark As Complete
How To Mark Multiple Learners As "Complete"
To mark a guide or a path "complete" for multiple Learners at once:
Select all Learners you would like to Mark As Complete (This can be done manually or by checking the box under Assignments)
Click Actions
Select Mark As Complete
