To begin, select the appropriate Challenge you would like to export. Then simply click Actions > Export all items to CSV. 

Note: This will export a report showing data for ALL Learners that were assigned the Challenge.

However, if you would like to export a report displaying a specific Learner's Challenge, click on the learner's name and select Actions > Export Selected Data to CSV.
