Retake Questions with a Guide
Did you accidentally select the wrong answer to a quiz question? Don't worry, you can resubmit your answer by clicking 'Retake Questions' in the top right-hand corner of your Guide. Once you have re-selected the appropriate answer, and [Submit].
Note: If retakes are not allowed for the Guide, the Retake Questions option will not be available. Please reach out to your manager or training admin if you need to resubmit an answer on a Guide and retakes are not allowed.
To re-submit an Upload Question, please click on the (x) beside the uploaded file name to clear out the current file. Click on the 'Attach File' option to select a new file to upload.
Best Practices
Text Answer: Your text answer can be up to 75k characters.
Multiple Choice: Radio button vs Multi selector
Radio Button is round and for one answer only:
Multi selector is squared and you can select multiple answers:
Hot Spot: If you need to change your answer to a different area of the image, click on the bullseye and drag to the desired spot. If wanting to delete the answer, drag your bullseye to the red X located at the bottom-middle of the image.
Matching: Drag the cards on the left to the matching piece by connecting the pieces together.
To-Do Checklist: Select all items listed before selecting Submit
Zoom Recording and Video Recording: Ensure your browser is up to date and your settings are set to allow video and microphone access to record. You also have the option to upload a pre-recorded file:
Zoom Recording: Learners must have Zoom app installed to record.
Video Recording:
Voice Recording: The number to call is only available for US callers. You will not have the option to re-record after submitting your recording.
Note: It may take a few minutes for the recording to process after submitting
FAQ
Q: I'm trying to upload a video but nothing pops up for me to select the file.
A: Your browser may need to be updated to the latest version. You can update it to the latest version by going to your browser settings.
Q: Can I share my screen using the video recording?
A: To share your screen, you will need to use the Zoom recording as the Video recording will only allow you to record through your camera.
