iorad is an application that you can use to quickly capture, share and learn application workflows. With their extension in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, you can start recording processes within your browser page and once the recording is complete, their application automatically processes your recording into a step by step interactive tutorial.

Before adding in an iorad tutorial to your Guide, we recommend adding in a Text box with directions on how to navigate the iorad tutorial.
​iorad introduction example: 

In order to create an interactive tutorial as an embed content object in your training,  you will need to set-up an iorad account and install their extension on your Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge browser.
Once this has been completed, the iorad embed icon will appear in the WorkRamp Embed content object. 

To start recording, click on the iorad button within the Embed content object and you will be prompted to select or open a tab to capture.
When a tab has been selected, the Start pop-up window will appear. 

Click Start and a countdown will start to advise of when the recording will start. 

Once finished with recording your tutorial, click on the pink iorad extension button to select Done. You can also click this button to pause or restart your recording.

The recording will process in your original window and you will be brought to the editing window to review and make edits to your recording.
When finished with editing, click [Preview & Finish]. If the preview looks good to you, click [Complete] to return to the WorkRamp editing page.
The training viewing mode will be in the default mode "Try it."
