The WorkRamp integration for Zendesk gives your support reps the ability to access WorkRamp training directly within the Zendesk platform for in-context learning opportunities.
First, your Zendesk administrator will need to download the app for your organization's Zendesk platform, see steps here.
Once the app is installed, it will appear in the App column to the right of your ticketing window. Using the search bar, you can easily search for relevant and helpful documentation.ย
