Time Tracking for Guides and Challenges
We have now started tracking the amount of time users spend in a Guide or Challenge.
The "Time Spent Learning" field in your Profile is calculated based on the time in WorkRamp Guides where it was the active and front browser. If videos were playing in the background or if the trainings lead to outside of WorkRamp, the time spent in other browser tabs cannot be tracked. The "Time Spent" calculation in the Reporting tool will look different because the Learner Profile time spent only includes Time Spent in Guides, while Reporting has more time tracking capabilities.
For users who use Internet Explorer, please keep in mind that the time spent data may not be accurate since the browser doesn't support a key element used to track time properly.
Note: This data syncs once a day at 1am PT. This data will appear as "--" for previously completed content unless the user has accessed the Guide after 01/28/2020.

Events Management Enhancements
We have enhanced our Events Management functionality so that you can track attendance with more granular details, sync with Google calendar responses, and even take bulk actions on attendees.
