Time Tracking for Guides and Challenges
We have now started tracking the amount of time users spend in a Guide or Challenge.
You can report on the time spent data by adding the column "Time Spent (Min.)" to your report.
For users who use Internet Explorer, please keep in mind that the time spent data may not be accurate since the browser doesn't support a key element used to track time properly.
Note: This data syncs once a day at 1am PT. This data will appear as "--" for previously completed content unless the user has accessed the Guide after 01/28/2020.
Social Challenges
Admins can now surface top video Challenges to inspire and circulate best practices to the rest of the team. Learn more here.
Events Management Enhancements
We have enhanced our Events Management functionality so that you can track attendance with more granular details, sync with Google calendar responses, and even take bulk actions on attendees.
