Advanced Security feature for New User Creation

Admins can now choose to disallow the creation of new users through content assignment and being added as a content editor.
An important note here is that new users can still be created through Share Links.

We have enhanced New Reporting to be able to export submission reports.
You can also click into each question to see your Learner's responses.
