Udemy is an online learning platform aimed at professional adults and students.
To integrate Udemy courses into WorkRamp, start by grabbing a screenshot or image of the course in Udemy. Then, insert the image into any Guide or Resource in WorkRamp and back link it to the course itself in Udemy.
You can back link the image by clicking on the image, clicking 'Edit' and entering the course URL in the Link box.
Note: users will not be auto-registered to the Udemy content and Udemy does not send data back to WorkRamp.
If using a Resource to house your Udemy course, you can provide access to the Resource by including it as a part of a Learning Path, or add it to your Library content.
Here is an example of how a Learner would see the Udemy Resource as a part of a Path and how they would access the course.
Focusing Courses to a Select Number of Lectures
If you only want your Learners to have specific access to lectures within a course, follow these steps:
In Udemy, go to Learning Path
Create a new public Learning Path
Select a course to populate the Learning Path
Unselect certain lectures from that course
Copy link for that new course
Paste that link in the manner described above
Courses added this way will enable Learners to focus on ONLY the courses that were selected within that course and remove the need for Learners to self-navigate to the desired lectures. For example, you can see below how only 2 lectures within this Section is available for the Learner.
