Customer Learning Cloud: Learn about the different integrations available for your Academy

You can access your Academy Integrations page by clicking into your Academy in the Admin console and clicking on the Integrations tab. 

Here is a list of applications that you can integrate into your Academy:

  • Facebook Pixel

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Google Universal Analytics

  • Intercom

  • LinkedIn Insight

  • Pendo

    • Pendo combines powerful product usage analytics, and planning tools to offer the most complete integrated platform for digital product teams. With WorkRamp and Pendo, Customer Learning Cloud Admins can understand Academy usage, what Collections/Certifications/Paths/Events are the most popular, and uncover “drop off” of users — all without requiring engineering resources.
      Note: Pendo’s In-App Guides product is not part of this integration

  • Quantum Metric

  • Salesforce

  • Segment.io

  • Zapier

To enable the app, toggle the switch beside the name and enter the associated ID.
To learn more about each integration, click on the [Learn More] button below the app.
