Do you need specific users, such as managers or members of your compliance team, to have insight into when certain trainings are complete?

We now have a Watch feature for Guides, Challenges, and Paths where you can alert those overseeing a particular assignment as Learners are completing their training.

To set this up, start by clicking on the menu dropdown near edit and selecting 'Notifications'.

On the Notifications page find 'Watch' where you can see who is currently setup today. To edit existing watchers or add watchers click on the 'edit' icon next to 'Watch'.

To add yourself as a Watcher select 'Watch Guide' and hit 'save'. If you'd like to add other members of your organization as Watchers simply enter their email address in the dropdown and save. You can also remove users by selecting the 'x' next to their name.

Note: Watchers do not need to be WorkRamp users. You can also use alias email addresses or an email distribution list like compliance@workramp.com.
