For clients looking to share links to their Academy training content, you can now customize the thumbnail image that appears when posting the link on social media or via an email campaign.

The metadata can be customized for each of the following Academy pages:

Collection

To update the metadata image for a Collection, go to Content > Courses tab of your Academy and click on the ellipses (...) on the Collection card to select "Edit Meta Image."

Course

To update the metadata image for a Course, go into the Courses tab of your Academy and click into the Collection the course is in. Once you have found the Course, click on the Settings link and use the "Edit Meta Image" link.

Certification

To update the metadata image for a Certification, go into the Certifications tab of your Academy click on Settings and select the pencil to upload your image.

Events

To update the metadata image for an Event, go into the Content tab > Events of your Academy and click on the Event to get to the settings page to upload the image
