Embed Code Option in Guides

You now have the option to embed items into WorkRamp using the embed code. This allows for a bit more granular control over the items you are embedding.

Date Submitted Column in Guide Submissions Report

For answers in a Guide, you can now report on the date it was submitted using the Guide Submissions report in New Reporting.

Expiration Date Column in Badge Reporting

For Badges that have an expiration date, you can add Expiration Date as a data point to your Badge report.

Optional Due Date for Paths

Paths now allow for the Due Date to be optional so that Learners can have more flexibility to complete the trainings at their own pace.

Search Bar on Groups Page

Our Groups settings page now has a search bar, similar to the User Settings page, which allows you to search through your Groups more easily.

Custom Email Sender Address

You can now set up a custom email sender address for emails that send from your Academy. Currently, all emails from the Academy appear from WorkRamp (mail@workramp.com).

Hide Registration Fields From Users

As Admins, you can choose to hide registration fields from users so that they aren't able to view or edit them. Once hidden, users will not see these fields while registering or under their Profile page. If not using SSO, you can input data for these hidden fields under Users > Edit User Attributes.

The previously announced Academies Course Grading feature, which gives the option to score manually graded questions, is now available to all customers. Please see our help article to learn more.
