When logging in, you will be prompted to enter your email address, and a Login Code will be sent to your email.

Why doesn’t my admin access apply to the Product Academy?
The Product Academy operates independently of your WorkRamp instance. Customer accounts in the academy are configured with learner permissions only, regardless of admin status in the main platform.
Is the Product Academy available to all WorkRamp users?
Yes. All users can sign up for the academy with their work emails and participate in the available courses.
