WorkRamp Content is a content solution, powered by Go1. Up to 90k off-the-shelf content resources (available as SCORM files) can be browsed natively within WorkRamp by Internal Admins. Content can be imported and assigned to employees.
To learn about our Learner-facing solution please visit Development Tab: WorkRamp Content.
Note: This is available to Employee Learning Cloud customers to purchase as an add-on. Please contact your Customer Success or Account team to learn more.
Accessing WorkRamp Content
Within the Admin Console, WorkRamp Content is known as “Prebuilt Content” and will appear as a tile on your Content home page:
To get started, click on the Prebuilt Content tile, and click “Get Access”. After doing so, a member of our Sales team will be in touch.
Once you have purchased the add-on, the integration will be connected for you on the backend. Clicking on the same tile will open up a new page, and you will see a brief onboarding flow explaining how to use the tool.
Now you're ready to start browsing content.
To browse content, you can either engage with the search bar by entering a search term or by asking a question. This search experience is powered by AI, to help locate courses that most closely match your needs.
Note: your search history is unique to the logged-in Admin, so if you have more than one admin searching content in Go1, each will have their own experience. All content from each admin will be imported into the same WorkRamp folder.
There are several ways to apply filters to narrow down your search. Try searching by skills, or adding filters like Duration, Level, Language, etc.
Adding content to your Library
Once you have found the content that meets your needs, you will be looking for the "Add to library" button. Here is what that looks like in different places throughout the browsing experience:
What you see in the “Library” tab is the content that you will import into your WorkRamp Enterprise.
Importing content to WorkRamp
To import that content, press the “Import” button at the top right of the page.
Important Note: there is a limit set on the import, to only allow 50 items at once. If you have more than 50 net new (have not been previously imported) items in your library, you will need to re-open Prebuilt Content and click Import again.
After you have successfully imported all of your desired content, you can remove the content from your library.
After clicking the “Import” button, you will see a banner message appear. This tells you that the courses in your library are being brought into your WorkRamp Enterprise.
Click “View” in this banner, or the “<- Content” button in the top left of this page to return to your Admin Console Content tab.
Accessing the content
You will now see a new folder appear in your Content Catalog titled “Prebuilt Content”, with a subfolder "Admin Imported Content".
These SCORM files can be assigned directly to your team, or used as part of other building blocks, such as in Automations, Paths and Libraries.
Playlists
The Premium package for WorkRamp content comes with over 400 curated playlists, available to import into your WorkRamp instance. These are a great way to find content and easily build out learning Paths or Libraries with the content in them.
Like all other content, add the Playlist you want to import to your Library, and you can manage them by navigating to the Playlist tab.
Click “Import” in the top right corner of the page to bring these curated Playlists into your WorkRamp instance along with any Content stored in your Go1 Library.
Once imported, you’ll find 10-15 curated SCORM courses from the Go1 Content Hub added to your ‘Prebuilt Content > Admin Imported Content’ folder, along with a newly created Path representing the Playlist, which contains the curated content – which you can assign to your Learners.
Tip: if you would like to customize the playlist (by adding or removing content or updating the metadata), duplicate it and modify the copy. The playlist imported from Go1 can be deleted after you duplicate it.
Decommissioned Content
Occasionally, content providers may choose to retire older content. If you see the decommission warning banner on a content page, please replace that content in any Paths. The container for the content will still be available for Admins, with legacy assignment data, but Learners will experience an error message when starting the SCORM training.
There is a 60 day period from when the SCORM content is decommissioned by the provider, and when it will no longer be accessible for Learners.
Please work with your Go1 CSM to help find a replacement course, and update your assignments so that Learners do not encounter the error. Reach out to WorkRamp support (support@workramp.com) with any questions.
