Our Library feature allows you to create a custom-branded training application for departments, partners, or customers. This is perfect for self-serve training materials.

What is Libraries Reporting?

Libraries Reporting provides Admins with visibility into what content Learners are viewing in a Library and when. With this level of information, Admins can better understand what content in a Library is being viewed the most, by which teams, and when Learners are viewing it the most.

Note: Library views is a new datapoint we are tracking so the data is only available from 9/28/2022 moving forward.

FAQ

  • How are the time and dates formatted?

    • All dates with timestamps will be presented in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format and represented in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

  • Are deactivated users included in this report?

    • Yes. If you would like to only report on active user data, use the filter “Is Deactivated = false” before running your report.

  • Are archived assignments included in this report?

    • Yes. If you would like to exclude archived assignments, please use the filter “Is Archived = false” before running your report.

  • Is the data available immediately?

    • Our reporting data is updated every 30 minutes.
