The company directory allows your users to view and find other users within your company. The company directory displays internal users only and does not display external domains. Internal users are the internal domains listed in your Enterprise Settings > Internal Domains.

How to turn off the company directory for users

The company directory is turned on for internal users by default. To hide the company directory, begin in the administrator console.

  1. Click on [Settings]

  2. Next, select "Enterprise"

  3. Select "Theming"

  4. Scroll to the "Homepage" section

  5. Disable the "Show Company Directory" toggle
