Internal LMS
The new Ask a Teammate feature allows learners to send messages and ask questions to designated points of contact while they are completing their guide. Learners can now direct questions or feedback about guide content to the right person(s), without having to leave WorkRamp. Admins and content editors can turn on this feature when creating or editing a Guide.
The company directory allows your users to view and find other users within your company. The company directory displays internal users only, and does not display external users. Admins can manage the display of the Company tab in Admin settings.
Internal LMS now supports additional SAML SSO providers to a single WorkRamp instance under Enterprise Settings. You can configure more than one SSO provider, in the event that your Enterprise has learners who need to access your Employee LMS via different SAML SSO authentication methods.
The Salesforce Integration that supports Internal LMS now passes a new events object and session data.
Other Internal LMS improvements include:
Sort and filtering capabilities on the Admin User settings page
Search capabilities on the Admin Automations settings page
Performance improvements to the My Team page for timely loading

SCORM Reporting: Time Spent (Minutes)
SCORM standalone reporting includes a new metric, Time Spent (minutes). This can be found in the Internal LMS Report Builder and Academies via Trainings and Analytics.
