  • Where can I find my Academy ID?

    • The Academy ID will be the series of number and letters from the URL of your theming page:

  • Who can request an API token?

    • API tokens can only be generated for Admin users. To generate an API token, please see our help article here.

  • Are there different level of API access?

    • No, we currently only have one level of API access.

  • If my access level changes, will my API token be invalidated?

    • No, your API token won't be invalidated, in case the access level change was due to a mistake. However, our logic on the backend will check whether the API token belongs to an active Admin user. If the user is no longer an Admin or no longer an active user in WorkRamp, their API call will not be successful.

  • How long do API tokens stay valid for?

    • API tokens can only be invalidated upon request.
