Our recommended browsers when navigating through a SCORM module are Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

Note: Make sure the browser is updated to the latest version.

When completing the course, if there is an Exit or Complete button, make sure to hit the Exit or Complete button at the end of the course. If there isn't one, close out of the browser tab and do not use the browser back button to navigate back to WorkRamp. This ensures that the progress will process back to WorkRamp.

If you need to exit the course prior to reaching the end, make sure to use one of the two methods referenced above. Please do not leave the SCORM course idle for more than 15 minutes.
