The Development tab provides a content hub available in the Employee LMS that puts Learners in control of their personal development journey. Learners can browse and self-assign WorkRamp Content courses (SCORM files powered by Go1).
See WorkRamp Content for Admins to learn how Admins can browse and import courses to directly assign to Learners.
Note: This is available to Employee Learning Cloud customers to purchase as an add-on. Please contact your Customer Success or Account team to learn more.
Turning on the Development Tab
After your account has been connected to your Go1 instance by WorkRamp's support team, you will see the option to turn on the Development tab from your WorkRamp Content integration settings page:
If you prefer to turn it on for all employees, toggle this setting on. If you prefer to turn on for certain individuals or groups, go to the Permissions tab in Settings, create a new Profile, and add the Permission, "WorkRamp Content Access" and then add the Employee Learners who should have access below:
Accessing the Development Tab
Within the Learner Experience, for employees who have access to WorkRamp Content - there is a tab called "Development" in the left-hand navigation, and this is what the home page for that tab looks like:
Searching Content
From the home page, clicking "View More" or any of the pre-defined More to Explore section cards (e.g. Personal Development) which will bring you into a filterable search page:
Self-Assigning Content
When you've found the course you are looking for, you'll be brought to a details page that includes a button "Add Course". After clicking this button, the button text will change to "Go to Home". Clicking it again will bring you to your assignments, where you will see the course has been self-assigned and added to your in progress training.
Content Management (for Admins)
When a Learner has self-assigned the course, it will automatically be imported into your WorkRamp instance. You will find it in the Content manager, under Prebuilt Content > Learner Imported Content.
From that point on, you can track Learner's training progress, and pull reports to see what courses they have been pursuing via the Development tab.
