Employee Learning Cloud: Learn how to score manually graded questions in the Employee Learning Cloud

To enable manual grading on your Guide, go to the Edit view on your Guide, click Guide Menu > Test Settings, and select Later, after manual review.

You can grade a Learners' submissions by selecting 'Actions' > 'View All Submissions' or by clicking Submissions next to a Learner's name:

Navigate to 'Show Needs Review' to view all submissions that need to be reviewed:

For Guide Text Answer questions, you can use AI to auto-grade the question and bypass manual review. In order to use the Auto-Graded option, the Text Answer question must be graded and also have Reviewer Notes. You can optionally add an Answer Hint or Explanation to help train the AI on how to grade the Text Answer question.

Note: Only Text Answer questions completed in the Employee Learning Platform can be auto-graded using AI.

FAQ

  • If a user resubmits their answer, does the question go back into Show Needs Review status?

    • No. If the question has already been scored, the submission will not reappear in the Show Needs Review tab.
