Accessing Saved Reports
To access and manage saved reports, start by going to the Reporting tab and click on Report Builder in the sub-navigation bar.
To access a particular Report, simply click on the report name to reopen the report interface. You can make changes to the report and save to override the original saved report, or use 'Save As' to save a new version under a different name.
Folder Navigation
The use of Folders allows for easy storing and organization of reports. To create a folder click on the 'New Folder' button in the upper right hand side of the screen.
Creation of a new folder will be placed within the current layer of the structure you are within. Nesting of folders can be done by first clicking into an existing folder and then selecting 'New Folder' from that point. The new folder will automatically be created within the folder.
Creating a new report and saving it from within a folder will result in the newly created Saved Report to be placed within the folder you originated from. To move a report into a specific folder, click the three dots menu dropdown and select 'move'.

FAQ
Why do many of the reports not have a ‘Created By’ user?
The Created By field was created with the Saved Reports update, meaning it did not exist previously. Reports created before May won't have this data point, but all future reports will include it.
