Welcome to the WorkRamp Customer Learning Cloud! We have introduced changes to how Customer LMS administrators navigate to and manage their Customer LMS academies in Admin Console. This gives admins a dedicated space to manage their academies and hub settings as we continue to expand our product offering.
What to keep in mind:
Navigating to Academies: Academies now lives in its own admin console! Use the product switcher to switch between the Employee Learning Cloud (Employee LMS) and Customer Learning Cloud (Customer LMS) admin consoles.
Introducing Hubs: The Hub is our name for this new admin console to manage your Academy.
You can rename and delete your hub from the hub Settings page. Also note that Academy Admins are now Hub Admins, with no changes to functionality.
Finally, Academy Users are now Contacts. The Contacts page lives in the top navigation of the hub admin console. Segments have also moved here.
