β˜€οΈ June Product Updates

We are excited to introduce AI Assist in the Learning Cloud as part of this month's product release.

AI Assist is one of the first of its kind to help you create and improve content right in your learning platform. You can:

πŸ’‘ Craft engaging content from scratch or generate fresh ideas

✍️ Transform raw notes into captivating copy

πŸ™Œ Summarize, simplify, enhance, or adjust the tone of your text with lightning speed

The AI Assist functionality lives within the Guide Editor and provides content creators two ways to interact with content, both for new and existing text:

AI Assist content block: New content block which allows for full dialog between the content creator and AI to create content from scratch, brainstorm on ideas, etc. When the content creator is satisfied with the results, they can β€˜accept’ and the block will turn into a text block with the accepted content.

Presets within existing text blocks: Content creators have the ability to utilize presets within an existing text block to quickly summarize, simplify, improve writing, or change the tone of text. Utilizing these presets will run across all contents of the text block, whether text, images, tables, and more.

This is just the first step in the WorkRamp Learning Cloud AI journey. Visit our help article to learn more about AI assist.

Also introduced this month are the new Development tab for Learners powered by WorkRamp Content, a dedicated admin console for the Customer LMS, and more!

☁️ Employee Learning Cloud product updates

For customers who add-on WorkRamp Content, you can include the Development tab for your Learners. The Development tab provides a content hub available in the Employee LMS that puts Learners in control of their personal development journey. Learners can browse and self-assign WorkRamp Content courses (SCORM files powered by Go1).

Organizing and finding saved reports is easier to do in the Report Builder. We introduced folders, search, and sorting in the Report Builder section of Admin Console.

This feature set is now available for all accounts. We started a rolling release in April and completed the release in June.

☁️ Customer Learning Cloud

Customer LMS administrators now manage their academies in a Customer Learning Cloud Admin Console separate from the Employee Learning Cloud Admin Console. This gives administrators a dedicated space to manage their Customer LMS academies and hub settings as we continue to expand our product offering.

The Customer LMS academy Salesforce integration has a new objects called "WorkRamp Academy Path". This enables administrators to report on path enrollments and completions separately from certifications in Salesforce.

To take advantage of this new functionality, customers will have to update their SFDC package on the Academy > Integrations page.

Administrators can export user data for live and on-demand events per event.

Target Customer LMS academy events by segment. To set visibility by segment, navigate to an event, click "edit", and scroll to the "Visibility" section. Click "Visible to specific segments" and select the segment(s) who can access the event.

Notify those who have earned a certificate that their certification will expire 30-days prior to expiration. To turn on notifications, navigate to your certificate settings. Under the "Certificate Expiration" section, turn on the "Send renewal notification email" if your certificate is set to expire on a recurring basis.
