As of January 2024, we have simplified the process for setting up your Academy's custom domain.
If you set up your Academy custom domain previously, you can refer to our help article here.
Email support@workramp.com with your desired custom domain.
The domain will need to be a subdomain like academy.company.com and not company.com/academy
The WorkRamp team will get started on the set up on the backend.
Once the setup is complete on our end, we will provide DNS records for you to add.
When the DNS changes are complete, let us know and we can update your Academy settings.

What if my custom domain is currently being used on another LMS platform?
We can process the switch on the designated day your team chooses to switchover. You'll want to reach out to support@workramp.com to get the custom domain set up in our load balancer with certificates
