☁️ Employee Learning Cloud
Getting started with our report builder is easier with the introduction of templates. Now when admins create a new report in the report builder, they can choose from a new menu of templates. These template options are based on the most common analysis done by WorkRamp customers.
This example shows the aggregate scores for a Manager's team by Training (title)
The "Trainings" report now supports group rows functionality, which aggregates data by variables such as "title". This makes it easier to look at summary and aggregate data for analysis.

The Development tab updated experience optimizes for easier search and filtering. It introduces a new "Last Updates" filter and more meta data on course detail pages to support Learner discovery.
Admins looking for content in WorkRamp Content powered by Go1 have new options for easier curation. This includes searching with an AI chatbot to find more accurate results
and searching by skill. This removes the guesswork of finding content that meets your learning objectives. The AI chatbot will be personalized based on the admin's chat history.
Content creators can use our AI assist tool to help populate metadata in Guides. When adding the following information to a Guide, admins will be presented an AI-generated recommendation for the following items:
Guide description
Time estimate
Section titles
Task titles
This feature requires that the AI Assist enterprise setting is enabled.
Admins can view active automations by user, including which step the user is currently active or completed. Note the introduction of the automation overview pages changes the location of edit page. Now to edit an automation, click the "Edit" button on the top-left of the overview page.
Learners of enterprises using Microsoft for authentication have easier access to the Microsoft login option when signing in.
☁️ Customer Learning Cloud
The Customer LMS report builder (Academy > Analytics > Trainings) includes new filter and column options to support data analysis on Paths and Certifications. These new filter and column definitions are included in our data dictionary.
This update consolidates our reporting for Path and Certifications into the Trainings report builder, so now admins can do their analysis in one place.

Purchase and refund request data can be exported as a CSV file for further analysis. To find the "Export CSV" option, navigate to Academy > Ecommerce > Purchases & Refunds. The button to export is displayed above each table.
