The advanced search results page for Learners features an updated user experience with enhanced filters and design. Events are included in search results along with trainings. These updates apply to the Chrome extension, Zendesk integration, and mobile experience.
Archive allows Learners to move content from "In Progress" tab to the "Archive" tab in order to maintain a clean home screen upon Login. This is a great tool for Learners that have many self-assigned trainings from Libraries, search, and the Development tab, and no longer intend to complete the Training.
When setting up permission profiles, admins can now select "Badges Management" to allow access to the Badges tab within Settings. This can be stacked on top of folder-level permissions to provide badge management access without granting full administrator rights.
CMS admins can use the Verification workflow to keep CMS assets up to date. Using the Verification workflow, admins can set an expiration date for each asset and associate owners to manage the content near expiration.
Integration Settings: API Key Management
Employee Learning Cloud admins can create, rotate, and delete API tokens for their enterprise. To manage your API tokens, in the admin console navigate to Settings > Integrations > API.
☁️ Customer Learning Cloud
Saved reports in the Customer Learning Cloud report builder can be scheduled to send via email. The scheduled send helps admins share reporting data with key stakeholders and deliver timely data to your inbox on a regular cadence.
