Branded Email Settings

Admin have the ability to replace all instances of WorkRamp from email notifications for Learners in favor of their own branding and color.

To setup simply go to Settings > Enterprise > Theming and within the Branding section be sure to include:

  1. Primary Theme Color: which will replace the CTA button in all notifications

  2. Color Logo: which will replace the WorkRamp logo in emails

Once these settings are enabled be sure to toggle on the 'Use custom branding in emails' setting.

Example e-mail utilizing custom branding:

Custom Email Sender Settings

Setting up a custom email sender will make emails sent from WorkRamp appear as though they are coming from an alias within your organization, such as Learning@company.com.

To get started, navigate to the Settings > Email > Settings (tab) and fill out the following:

  1. Display Name: the name that will appear within the email client as the sender

  2. Reply-To Address: the address used for the "Support" link in the footer of emails. If this isn't configured, the Support link will send an email to the WorkRamp Support team.

  3. Custom Sender Address: click 'connect a domain' in order to fully establish connection with your domain

Custom Sender Address

After selecting 'connect a domain' enter your custom domain for your email sender address and hit [Save] in the modal.

If your domain has not yet been verified you will see a warning, and must select [View DNS Settings] button beside the 'Not Verified' status.

You will need to install the records in the pop-up window in your DNS provider. Once complete, check the box for "I've added these Records" and click [Verify Domains].

If successful, you will see a Verified status on the bottom left of the pop-up window.

You will also see a Verified status on the Email Settings section page to confirm the setup is complete.

Custom Email Messages

Admin and content creators have the ability to customize email messages for the Account and/or at the content level.

To override the defaults at the account level simply go to Settings > Email > Templates (tab) and click the pencil next to any notification type you'd like to edit.
