📝 Create and categorize Skills associated with growth areas in their organization.

📍 Map those Skills to trainings in WorkRamp.

👩‍🏫 Upskill their teams through those Skills-associated trainings.

📊 Report on training progress and completions based on their identified Skills.

Admins can set up badges for SCORM trainings, similar to badges for Guides and Paths.

When a Contact enrolls in a training, the Academy will only enroll the Contact in that specific training. The Contact will no longer be automatically enrolled in a Path or Certification that contains that training. The Contact will only be enrolled in a Path or Certification if they enroll themselves or start the Path or Certification.
