A brief overview of the Customer Learning Cloud

The Customer Learning Cloud is where you can transform your customers to advocates through learning.

It is primarily leveraged for Customer and Partner education, with a strong focus on branded sites that can be external facing.

The Customer Learning Cloud has specific features built for the following use cases:

  • Customer education and onboarding

  • Partner training

  • Prospect training

  • Communities

There are two sub-products within the Customer Learning Cloud. To learn more about WorkRamp plans, you can reference the pricing page here.

  • Academies - This is the primary learning product of the Customer Learning Cloud. These are custom-branded sites for your customers or partners.

  • Communities - This is a forum that can be added to your academy.

The Customer Learning Cloud is organized into Hubs. Each Hub can have one Academy and one Community. There are settings that stretch across the Hub, such as Contacts and Segments.
