Assigning Group Managers

We have now added a way to more conveniently assign a manager to entire groups of users. With our Managers role, you’re able to assign a manager or mentor to multiple users to help grade and review their progress. 

With this update, if a manager ever leaves or needs to be changed, you can simply add or remove them as a Manager to the Group as a whole.

Allow External Access to Guides

We have added a way to customize your Share Link for Guides by allowing the option to share it externally. If checked, any external user with this Share Link can preview this content.


We have added some additional columns of data for you to use when scheduling your Instructor Led Training via Events. In addition to their attendance record you can now see columns for their Email and the names of their Managers.
