From the Reporting tab in the Admin Console, Visualizations are available to get quick insights on Learner engagement in the Employee Learning Cloud. This helps provide more visible context into data that will help admins understand key metrics of usage and progress for your Learners.

Here's a quick demo of Data Visualization:

On the left navigation bar, you will see four different options to view data on:

  • Usage

  • Guides

  • People

  • Searches

Usage

The Usage metrics (shown above) help admins and stakeholders better understand the value of our platform with the active user data for both existing and new Learners in the platform. We also have a graph that shows the Average Daily Actives, separated by user type.

Guides

The Guides metrics will provide insight into Guide creation, assignments, and completion progress. We also show a list of the Top Guides based on assignments.

People

On our People metrics page, we list the Top Learners based on assignments and completions as well as the Top Creators.

Search

On our Search metrics page, we surface the Top Search Terms as well as the Missed Searches made by Learners which can help provide insight into what may be missing from your current trainings.

A few notes:

  • Search data tracks back to 7/20/2021

  • Only search terms with a character count >3 will appear in the tables

  • Missed searches could be terms that are trainings they do not have access to, so ensure Learners have access to training through assignments or Libraries

FAQ

  1. When does the data update for these dashboards?

    1. The data is updated nightly

  2. Does Searches include Library search queries?

    1. No, the Searches data is pulled from the global search bar at the top of the Learner experience (along with Advanced Search)
