Customer Learning Cloud: How to setup and group Academy courses together into a Path.

Now that you have your Academy set up, you can create Paths to group courses together for users to complete.

Start by clicking on the Content tab of your Academy. You will find all of your current Paths in the "Paths" folder.

To create new Paths, click the "+Add" button and select "Add Path."

Set up a Name for your Path and click "Create."

You will then be taken to the Path Settings page where you can add additional settings, including:

  • Description

  • Banner Image

  • Card Image

  • Meta Image

  • Add Badges

  • Require Sequential Progression

  • Visibility Settings

  • Ecommerce

Once you have completed the Settings page, click on "Modules" in the upper right hand corner to add content to your Path.

On the Modules page, click "Add Content" to select your content from the Content Library.

Once you have added all of your Path content, you can now click the "Publish" button to make this content available to your Learners. This Path is also now available to add to Custom Pages as well.

Managing the Paths Index Page

Any new Path is automatically added to your Paths Index Page at the bottom of the "All" section. You can add this new Path to the Featured section by clicking the toggle in the "Featured" column.

While this Path is automatically added to the Paths Index Page, the content level visibility will still apply, so only Learners who have access to this Path will see this in the Academy.
