AI Settings in Academies

Customer Learning Cloud: Learn how to manage the available AI Settings for your Academy

AI Learner Personalization, AI Search Answers and future AI Settings can be managed at the Academy-wide level through the AI Settings page, found in the Admin console.

To access the AI Settings page for an Academy, navigate to the Customer Learning Cloud and your Academy > Settings > AI Settings.

Guide Personalization

These settings allow Admins to determine which AI Learner Personalization options are available for Learners within Guides.

NOTE: These settings must be enabled at the Enterprise and Guide-level to be accessible to Learners in Academies

AI Search Answers

This setting will enable AI-Powered Answers to search queries performed by Learners from the Academy Learner Search and Advanced Search.

This setting will be DISABLED by default - an Admin must enable the function before Learners will start seeing answers provided in search queries.

If enabled, the application will determine if the search query meets criteria to respond with an answer, and will provide an answer in the search results, along with the supporting content that was used to generate the answer.

Answers will only leverage published content within WorkRamp, that the Learner has access to - meaning this search result takes into account Segmentation and content-specific visibility settings to ensure the Learner is only receiving relevant responses. Hallucinations are mitigated by leveraging RAG framework and limiting the scope of the content used to only WorkRamp content.

NOTE: Global AI settings, such as LLM selection, data retention periods, etc. are managed at the Enterprise level. See AI Enterprise Settings for more information.
