You can now integrate WorkRamp training content into third party sites such as your partner portal, company intranet page, or content management system like Highspot or Guru.

First, go to your Enterprise Settings page and scroll down to the Authorized to Embed section to add the website you are looking to embed your training content.

On the back-end, we've implemented this via our security headers that allow this limit which domains are allowed to load a given site in an iframe. By setting this field, we are telling the browser, “don’t allow WorkRamp to load inside an iframe on any site, unless it’s in this list”.

Next, go to the content you are looking to embed and click on the down arrow beside Edit. Select "Get Share Link" from the options list.
In the pop-up window, click into the Embed Code line and the code will automatically be copied into your clipboard.
This code can be copied into your third party page for easy access to your WorkRamp training content.

FAQ

  1. What format should I list the domains in?

    1. Example formats would be my-site.com, my.site.io, learning.mysite.com, etc.

    2. If you have more than one sub-domain that you would like to embed your Academy on, you can also use a wildcard (*), in the format of *.mysite.com

    3. Do not include "https://" or pages on the site (i.e. my-site.com/learning)
