Employee Learning Cloud: Learn how to import and download templates from our marketplace

To get started with curating quality courses from The WorkRamp Marketplace, you must be an Admin. Courses that are not marked as โ€œfreeโ€ will require a subscription to the marketplace. To learn more, please contact your sales representative or email sales@workramp.com

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

Make sure you are logged into your WorkRamp app. From your Admin Console, you'll want to scroll down and click on the menu next to your Trash to launch the Template Marketplace:

Browse through the course catalog on the Marketplace page. All courses are categorized as follows:

  • Learning and Development

  • Revenue Enablement

  • Getting Started Essentials

Once you select the course you're interested in, you can click "Add to Library" to import the content into your instance.

You'll be able to see a download progress bar, then a confetti surprise to let you know that the import has been completed.

From there, you'll be able to view your new training content by selecting the "Customize" button. This will open up the guide in your WorkRamp instance.

You'll be able to see when the content was imported by looking at the Title. You may now edit this guide to match your company branding, messaging, and more. For more information on how to use our Guide Editor, view this help page.

Where can I find all the content I've downloaded from the Marketplace?

Once your Marketplace account has been activated, you will find a folder in your instance called "Content Marketplace". This is where you'll find all your downloaded content.

I'm a manager โ€“ and my company has a subscription to the Marketplace. Can I import courses directly into my account?

Currently, only Admins have the permissions to add/remove content from the Marketplace. Please reach out to your Admin to import a select course. Once the course has been downloaded into your enterprise, you can find it in the folder called "Content Marketplace".

I accidentally deleted a part of the content I imported and I want to reset that content back to its default. How do I import the same content again?

Currently, we only allow a single copy of content from the Marketplace to exist in your environment. In order to import the same content again, simply delete the copy that exists in your environment and return to the course page of the Marketplace to "Add to Library" again.
