Events Auto-Registration Flow

For our Events power users, you can now bypass the invitation step and directly register users to Event sessions. With this new flow, Learners will only receive one email (Event Registration Confirmation).

Event Session Management Updates

We have made two updates to the Event Session setup page:

The [Add another Session] button now sits on top
Admins can now sort the sessions by Start Date or Created Date

Location Field in Events CSV Export

We've also added the Location Field to the Events Export so that Admins can more easily filter through their Event Attendee data.

Text Box Links To Open in a New Tab By Default

All links added to a Guide Text Box will now open in a new tab by default.

Exact Time Metrics for Date Completed in New Reporting

In addition to the date, Admins can now see the exact time a training was completed. This is especially helpful for customers who want to do a completion competition for a specific Guide.

External/Academies

Academy Course and Certification Enrollments

Similar to what is available in the internal platform, you can now enroll Academy users in Courses and Certifications. As a part of this new feature, Academy users will see the new "My Trainings" tab which will list both admin-enrolled and self-enrolled trainings. To read more about this feature, please check out our help article.

Recording Question Objects Now Available

Courses that have the native Video Recording or Zoom Recording question will now be seen and available in Academies.

Header and Footer Link Updates

There is now the option for Header and Footer links to open in a new window. This is flipped on by default for all links that have been created previously.
